What's New on This Website
Since this site was first published in 1996 on AOL, it has
grown from 14 pages of very basic stuff, to the size and complexity it is today.
While a large part of this growth has been from transcription of my own research
notes, contributions of other researchers have also been significant. There is
always a large backlog of corrections and clarifications to be done, and many
new areas of research to pursue. As a result, this site is always
evolving. Below
is a summary of its development and growth to date.
